Around the time we were moving into the theater for The Nutcracker, we had an email inquiry, asking about parking in downtown Tacoma.

Since you are in downtown tacoma is there any parking and does it cost a fee?
There are several pay parking lots near the theatre – you can find more info on where exactly they are located and their hours of service on Broadway Center’s website, here. For our upcoming Spring Dance Extravaganza, all of the shows are after the parking meter times (Tacoma enforces parking time limits from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday). That means that any street parking you happen to find around the theatre is fair game!
There has been construction on 9th Street, so you may want to allow yourself a bit of extra time to get to the theatre and find parking the day of the show. We will begin seating audience members 30 minutes before the opening curtain for each performance.
