Advanced Ballet Technique & Company Performance Workshop
(All Electives are also Required Company Classes)
Tacoma City Ballet’s Performing Company Members devote their extra free time during summer months to improve their technique and master new skills. Dancers interested in the possibility of joining Tacoma City Ballet’s Performing Company for the 2012-2013 season are welcome to join the Summer Intensive program in preparation for the coming year.
Advanced Ballet Technique
This two-hour Classical Ballet technique class is taught by Artistic Director, Erin M. Ceragioli, and is designed to promote both technical and artistic growth in dancers aged 14 & up. Offered daily Monday through Friday, dancers will be astonished at the amount of growth they experience during the 8-week Summer Intensive. All Electives, including the Company Performance Workshop, are included in the tuition payment for the full session.
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays 10:00am-12:00pm
Included in the Company Level Package: $1,000 for the Full 8-Week Session. No Weekly Option Available.

Company Performance and Director’s Choice Workshops
Open to Performing Company Members & Apprentices, these workshops guide dancers through Performing Company choreography for The Haunted Theatre, The Nutcracker, and Storybook Ballet Theatre as well as new or favorite works of the Artistic Director, Erin Ceragioli. Special attention will be given to technique, stagecraft, and development of the performer. The workshops will include tips on how a dancer prepares for the theatre, a session on stage makeup, and, for newcomers, an introduction to the expectations for Performing Company Members in Tacoma City Ballet.
